Issue with Atik 314L+

Hello
I have just got a atik 314L plus and taken some images. at -20 below ambient.Using an IDAS LP P2 filter

With an hour worth of data of NGC 6888 with all calibration frames (darks.bias/flats), I ended up with a lot of pixel noise/colour banding, though I did not do any dithering BUT still its a CCD I should not be getting an image like this. Please advise
