Hi guys I need advise
My atik OAG and EFW2 with Titan as guider were giving me elongated stars can you give an idea were the problem stems from plz. Its my first attempt at this/ :-\

Im on a gpdx polaris mount and megrez 90

The OAG will give "bad" stars and the guiding software should have no problems with guiding on them.

Hi Gaby,

If the whole setup, OAG - EFW2 - Spacers  and Cameras are well fitted, so no flexure, then the only problem is coming IMHO from the Backlash and the PE of your mount..

You should perhaps try to reset you worm gear space to obtain a better result and even try some PEC with PemPro, a nice soft available for some bucks!
