Issue with Dusk software

Hi guys,
I have tried to use the Dusk software - it looks amazing but im having difficulty using it.
I have a 383L + mono as my main imaging camera & a 16c for guiding.  On a 32bit win 7 machine Dusk crashes constantly when trying to cool the 383 making it unusable.  The 16c was able to be found straight away without issues.
On a 64bit win 10 machine Dusk will not find the 16c at all, ive tried to download the USB 1 & 2 drivers & still no luck.
I resorted to using the old Artemis capture software on the 64bit win 10 PC - if i selected the 16c as the 1st camera, then used the 383L + on the 2nd window it would work.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
