420 mono Pixel Array? What is it?

Im using CCD calc to see what fits best on the chip. Its asking for the pixel array. I cant find that anywhere. Any ideas what this would be? thanks

Hello Steve, here is the information you need for ccd calc...

•Horizontal Resolution: 1620 pixels
•Vertical Resolution: 1220 pixels
•Pixel Size: 4.4x4.4 µm
