ATIKbase WiFi Password

I cannot log onto the atikbase wifi net as it requests a password. None is given in the included instructions.
Smate does not work. Can anyone supply it?

So the password is stellar@mate. I can now log into the ATIKBASE wifi network with my iPad.
I have previously gotten my license #, created a stellermate account & registered the app, best as I can tell.
Once logged onto the Atikbase wifi I then search & I find the ATIKbase. I select it & nothing happens. It does not then appear on "MY Mate" list. There is no list at all.
When I select the atikbase a red square saying REGISTER briefly appears & it then disappears. I have deleted & reloaded the app & I have also tried my
iPhone. I am totally stuck. The next step seems to be to just return it unless someone can help.
 I have created support tickets with both Atik & Stellermate. I will post any replies.

I got this answer from Stellermate:

Hello John,

I can confirm there is an issue on the iOS version. On the Android version it works fine. We will checkout the iOS version soon and provide an update.

So as of now the ATIKbase does not work with iOS.
