That's doable, but with much more noise...
That's ~3.17 "/pixel... Now a camera with 24 x 24 um pixels would have similar resolution with C9,25" + f/6,3 reducer/corrector or in a 16" f/5 Newtonian with the ASA reducer. So ~f/3.8 + nearly 14 times bigger pixels. That would drastically decrease exposure time needed to get very good histogram fill
Shame those 20x20 or 24x24 pixel cameras aren't cheap
