Atik EFW2 Stops Responding

Hi guys,

I hope someone can solve my puzzle I have setup an EFW2 on my LX200 but it regually stops responding to ASCOM move commands, and the only way to get it going again is to unplug the power adapter and plug it back in, this works fine every time and it then moves to wherever Maxim is trying to move it.

Anyone seen similar?
