I started this on Friday night from my back yard because I wanted to work on some guiding issues I had when using a long focal length, 8RC. This time even though it appeared that the X&Y graphs were jumping around (much more than when using my FSQ) I believe I've gotten some decent results.
This is 9x10min subs only in Lum using an AT8RC, ATFF and the 383L+ on a G11 mount guided with the Atik OAG.
I plan on going back and getting more LUM and RGB.

How many pixels did the graph jump around? I worry about this bloody all the times but infact even if it jumps up to 3 pixels, there is no need to worry

Thanks for the look bwa, Kevin & Lex. I use Maxim to image and guide and am used to seeing no more than +- .50 pixel max movement with my FSQ. But with the 8RC
it was more in the neighborhood of +-1-2 pixels which could have been caused by the seeing through a larger scope I would guess. I finally settled on 3 sec exposures
and an 8 aggressiveness in X & Y. Seemed to have worked well.
