Stacking Atik 4120 images

Have a brand new Atik 4120 OSC and have taken some trial subs through a C14 with Hyperstar. Upon stacking, I'm having difficulty converting the subs to color. I've tried using Maxim DL 5.12 Deep Sky Stacker and subs are binned 1x1. I've tried processing using an offset of 0x0 and 0x1 with no real success. I can achieve a reddish hue with 0x1 offset but it requires dramatically increasing the color saturation of the image. Any suggestion of how to configure the stacking parameters in either Maxim DL or Deep Sky Stacker would be greatly appreciated.

These are RGGB, I think they're pixel offsets (0,0).
The Windows SDK provides the debayering configuration to the application, but not all applications use this automatically.
