Hi when loading my software I get a message saying problem loading platform 6 utilities what does this mean and what can I do about it many thanks

Hi baldeliftman,

The platform 6 tools probably refers to ASCOM Platform 6. This is a utility that makes it easier for applications to communicate with different astronomy cameras. The infinity software doesn't use ASCOM, so I'm not sure why this would appear when trying to run the program. However, if you're struggling to install it, it might be because you're trying to install something else that does require it. Either way, the best thing to try is to download and install the ASCOM platform 6 stuff. It's free to download and is found here:

Click the download button under ASCOM platform 6.2 on the right.
