Problem with Camera/Softwre Setup

Hi All,

Our Infinity arrived Thursday and today was my attempt to set things up and could not get the computer to recognize the camera...in this instance a Win 7 Dell Laptop.  Will try the Win10 unit later.

I think I installed the software, there was one software already checked and I checked the Infinity one as well.  Everything seemed to install then I plugged in the camera and connected the USB cable and it started looking for the unidentified unit and it never found it.

I then uninstalled everything that was installed and reinstalled only the Infinity software...same results.

Not having a clue as to what I am up to, can anyone tell me which software(s) to click to install...

did you install the drivers you have to tick drivers as well as infinity

I should learn to 'fake send' questions.  After I sent the email, I went in and printed out all the guides on the Atik home page.  As I was putting them into a folder I happened to read "Tick Drivers".  That worked!  Thanks for the reply.

Glad you got it going! The Atik Infinity camera does come with an excellent manual
