Live Broadcast Website

I was going through the post list a couple of nights ago and I ran across, or at least this is what I remember doing, a link to a live broadcast website.  It is similar to NightSkiesNetwork but comes out of the UK...as I remember.  I have been going back through the posts and assorted links and have not been able to find it.

Anyone know the site I am talking about and could you pass along the link?
