New Camera issues?

Received new Atik Infinity Color camera. Was supposed to be new, but seems to be used.

It shows a lot of chrominance noise that does not improve with stacking. Also, there are several stuck red and white pixels on the lower right side.

What should I do?

Hi Ejp,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Which version of the software do you have installed? (If you minimize the application and then hover over the icon in the windows tray, it will tell you the version v1.x)

It is a photo unretouching any histogram parameter?

How many shots do you have stacked??
