Artemis and Astrotorilla

I use Astrotortilla to perform plate solving and mount skewing to target. It works very well. I use the Atik Ascom camera drivers to connect to my 314L+. My problem begins when I need to shut down Astrotortilla and start using Artemis for capturing images. Invariably Aretemis cannot "find" the camera. My only recourse has been to completely reboot my laptop. I'm sure the problem has to do with not removing the Ascom camera drivers cleanly when shutting down Astrototilla. Does anyone have advice for how to do this cleanly?

Hello,
It does sound like Astro Tortilla is possibly holding on to the camera, have you looked in task manager to see what is still active after you close Astro Tortilla?
Best regards

After some rudimentary experimentation, I'm able to get around the problem by opening up Task Manager and manually ending the Ascom server task which seems to persist after the app is closed. Then I'm able to start Artemis successfully.
