Between 450L and 428EX

Greetings from Greece,

i own a TS APO65Q and i plan to own (sometime in far future) a ~100-130mm APO telescope.
I want to choose a camera that will fit both these scopes but more importantly the 100-130mm APO.

I have narrowed my choices between the 450L and the 428EX.

I would like to ask which of these cameras would fit better my telescope.
Guiding will be done with an off axis guider.

Also, will i be able to use 1,25'' filters with both these cameras? Until which f/ratio will i be able to do so?
