Connection Error for ATIK 460EX

Hi

I have recently purchased an ATIK 460EX which I am trying to setup with Windows 7. My software (Maxim DL Ver 5) sees trhe camera but when I hit connect I get an error "Can't initialize camera". I have tried everything such as checking connections, running Maxim as an administrator, etc but nothing works.

The camera does connect when I use the Artemis HSC plug-in but won't take any pictures.

Can anyone help.
