Looking for a M54 to M48 Adapter

Long shot here...
Anyone have a male M54 to female M48 adapter the would be willing to sell me?  I know that TS sells one, but the shipping to USA costs 31EUR, more than the adapter itself.  Unfortunately I can't find a vendor that sells one in the states.

If you do not mind to pay Vat,cheepest shipping fee is by post mail.
Maybe TS staff send it to US.
Last year they are shipping prism for OAG9 to Japan.
