Put an older Windows 10 PC (desktop) in my observatory recently, running SGPro, latest version. After imaging for a month with another brand camera, switched back to my Atik 460EX mono. Able to connect to cam easily, but nothing happens when I try to start cooling the camera. It goes to 100% power briefly but the temperature reading does not change. Have downloaded the latest drivers and apps, and reinstalled SGPro, but nothing.
If I switch to the Infinity app, it will cool the camera. If I use another Windows 10 machine (laptop) with SGPro, again no problem. Something in the drivers or latest installs must be giving me a hang-up. My next step might be to try an older version of the Atik software, if still available.
