Invalid Handle error message

I get the attached error message when I disconnect my 383L mono camera:  Invalid Handle.

It doesn't seem to affect anything, but it is annoying.  Has anyone else seen this error or know how to get rid of it?  I have the latest drivers/software and camera firmware.

Hi Joel,

I have seen the same error message come up at times. I did not always get it - but see it more frequently now.....I think! I use Astroart 5.0 and use ARTEMISHSC as the camera choice. (I have the 460EX).It has been a while since I was out with the scope - will watch this more closely.....but like you, I don't think it affected anything except my sense of calm :-)
If you have figured this out - or if anyone can shed any light on this.....would love to know.
(Software loaded from the disc that came with the camera - on Windows Vista).

I was in touch with Atik support on this and Jonathan said he thinks he knows what is causing this and will provide a fix when it is available.

I'll be happy to see that - surprised nobody else appears to have had same.....but then again, it was only tonight that I noticed your message from 4th March.

Hi guys,

now that I read this post I remember back that during my last imaging session I had this message to.
I am using main sequence generator on a Win 8.1 laptop. Never saw this msg until I moved to Win 8.
Perhaps this is related tho this OS..

It goes without saying that it is worth upgrading to the latest software and driver version, it may have been fixed.
