hi all i have just started using my 383 l colour camera ,did a few 20 second exposures ,does any one know why they came out black and white not colour ?,i have ticked the box in the camera selection box to colour..........

Hi,
perhaps they are still linear, did you use some Soft like PixInsight to save it as a JPEG?

Glenn,
What software have you used to process the image? I use ImagesPlus to debayer, stack and align my images and have great success.

Quite possibly the image hasn't been debayered/demosaic'd. Maybe download ATIK's Dawn software and give it a try?

i used artemia capture and dawn to process i am very new to this and leaning the hard way
