Hi,

I'm new at the forum
I've got a 314L+ that has been working perfectly for 2-3 years
But now it has an electric problem.
Power is ok but the camera and the fan has no response.

Can somebody tell me where should I send the camera for repairing?

Hi Juan,

Unsure what part of Spain you are in, but if you cannot send it back through whatever dealer you bought it from initially then you may be able to send it back to where they are made in Portugal. I am sure one of the ATIK dealers in Spain will be able to help you directly. They are listed on the ATIK web site here:   http://www.atik-cameras.com/dealers

Shoot the support guys an email (see sticky).

I stepped on my 383L cable and broke the USB socket - they turned it around the same day it arrived to them.
