M16 and M17 +40h of Ha integration with 460EX
« on: June 29, 2013, 06:49:06 PM »
Hi there,

Since I discovered Main Sequence Generator Pro, the definition of long
integration time has change. Now I can sleep while SGP do all the nasty job of
focusing and flipping the mount.

Since capturing data become so easy, I decided to embark on more changeling
project.

This is the first mosaic I've planned and captured with SGP. The mosaic wizard
is fantastic, no more TheSky6 and it's windows 3.1 archaic interface...

I hope the weather play nice the in the coming days so I can capture the rest of
channels.

This is a 3 pane mosaic, to capture it I used:
-- Epsilon 160
-- Atik 460EX
-- Orion Atlas
-- Lodestar + SX filterwheel + SX OAG

Capture with:
-- SGP

Calibrated and Processed with:
-- Pixinsight

Thanks for looking!

Mike,

Thanks for taking the time to look at my image.

As long as your equipment speaks ASCOM SGP will work fine.

Cheers,

Jose
