Atik 460 won't connect to new USB hub

I just bought an Icron USB hub to make sense of my various USB cables (for scope, EFW2 wheel, Lodestar guider and Atik 460).  It works and all devices work fine except for the Atik 460, which won't connect.  The error messages I get with ASCOM chooser are: 'ASCOM driver problem during connection' and 'Failure to connect to ASCOMLate Camera'.  I have done the usual checks and am running V 6 ASCOM and have uploaded all driver and and firmware updates.  The camera connects fine using a simple USB cable, it just won't though the hub.

Grateful for any advice.
