FWE2 Moving

I have a new FWE2.  It goes with my Atik 383L.  Software was recently downloaded and installed.  When power is applied the  FWe2, it begins to move the filter wheel and never stops.  The motor got hot so I turned it off.
What might be my problem?

Problem solved. Carousel was installed up-side-down.

I have the same problem but I dont remember what side was up when I removed the disk, is the numbering supposed to be up or down when you look at mounted disk from above (I mean when you removed the cover)

When you remove the cover you should see the numbers facing you
