EFW2 fails to stop moving

Hi, I am noticing more recently that my EFW2 just keeps moving, before the software, CCDAP times out and causes a failure. I have also noticed that on initial connection it seem to rotate a lot longer before stopping. Is there a fix for this or is it basically worn out??
