M54 to M54 adapter with 3mm sholder for mounting SpaceCat onto Atik OAG/FW...

Wanted one of these, but aparently not available unless one messes around with multiple fittings, so made my own.
The EFW2.2 mount leaves a 1mm gap at the back with a Horizon, however there is still 2mm backfocus to hand.
